despite of all the bad reviews about smartbro's service, i tried my luck as it may be the only hope in getting a broadband connection. with my fingers crossed, i filed an application last saturday. i waited all day on sunday. when i was about to give it a rest, the contractor came at 7.30 in the evening only to inform that our area is beyond coverage. no testing was even done. so, i went to a smart center this morning to have my refund, waited for more than an hour only to be told that it would take at least 8 days to have it done. i called their hotline hoping that somebody could expedite the process. but i failed... plus their customer service sucks! well, the reviews were all right! i hope they get bankrupt!

sucky daw talaga in general ang service g smartbro. ang damin kong friends and nagrereklamo sa connection, minsan daw 1
6 hours walang internet! mag globe ka na lang, mas reliable at cust friendly. gusto ko nga rin yung 3g ng smart eh. kaso nga lang napakamahal. para sobrang reliable, magpldt mydsl ka. perfect
hehe!! gustuhin ko man, wala talagang options!! as in walang broadband internet provider sa amin... wala ring 3G signal para makapagweroam o globevisibility ako... tyaga ako sa gprs connection ng smart pag nasa bahay ako.. yun nga lang, hindi ko pwedeng gamitin yun for work dahil sa sobrang bagal... hehee!!

kawawa naman ang smart...ibang company daw yata ang nagha-handle ng smartbro pero and smart ang napapahiya sa service ng smartbro.

smartbro was bought from meridian telecom... saka puro contractors ang naghahandle ng installation and service ng smartbro... go figure kung bakit bulok.
